Poking the Lava
Well, we didn’t get to roast the marshmallows… but I did get to poke lava!

After I’d already poked it a couple times, suffering the immense heat coming off it, Stacey yells to me, “Do it again so I can shoot it on video!”
It was fun. Unfortunately, Stacey fell down and scraped up her leg a bit, but she’s OK. It was a lot of fun, and there are more pics on the way, but the coffee shop is closing in a few minutes, so I’ll let you see more at Stacey’s Picasa page (as usual). Oh, and she recorded a quick hello to her school, too, that you can see on her blog.
